Meet our team
The team at Optimum Vision Clinic consists of qualified dispensing opticians, optical advisors & Optometrists. We all see eyewear as an accessory to be enjoyed and so we are here to help you choose a frame that suits your face as well as your personality. We believe that honesty is the only policy and will always advise you what we think looks good and bad.
Fitting lenses requires a trained optician to achieve optimal vision and our team are here to help choose the right lens for you.

Stella Wibrew - Dispensing Optician
Dip. OD FBDO
Since having work experience at my local Opticians whilst at school, I made the decision that I wanted to work in the Optical industry. I realised my dream and qualified as a Dispensing Optician in 1990 and have over 25 years’ experience.
It is important to me that I supply the most visually comfortable and best looking spectacles for you. I will take account of your visual requirements including lifestyle and vocational requirements, before recommending the best lenses to fit these and your prescription.
Having worn many different types of spectacle lenses and now a varifocal wearer, I understand the reservations many people have in choosing varifocals in particular. Often I have been able to successfully supply varifocals to those that have had a previous non tolerance. Advancements in lens technology/design and frame fitting have enabled this to happen.
I volunteered for Vision Care for the Homeless via Crisis at Christmas in 2015. Following the success of this I look forward to volunteering over Christmas 2016.
